We only return via Purolator, all other returns go to their respective depots:

Purolator Pick-up location for Amazon

• Select as Pick-up location on your Amazon account before checkout to receive it here (will ship with Purolator Ground, not with Prime).

We are not a Amazon Prime, UPS, DHL, Coldshot, Canpar, Loomis, Intelcom, or other depot. We only deal in parcels from these couriers when OUR address is on it. All parcels under these couriers will be charged a minimum $5 handling fee.

Returns for Amazon:

• “No Label, No Box” NOT Ideal!

  • Box up your parcel. How you bring it to us is how we send it.

  • QR code required in order to send. Label is printed from the QR code Amazon provides you with.

• If you own or have access to a printer, we really appreciate that you print your own label, as the “No Label, No Box” method requires use of our printer, which is not ideal.
